Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to Singapore and Malaysia only (pilot phase). Other countries are not yet available — stay tuned.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days. Return shipping is covered by the buyer unless the item is faulty or we made a shipping error.
How do I track my order?
Once dispatched, track your parcel via the carrier at global.cainiao.com. You'll receive the tracking number by email.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — orders over $100 USD qualify for free shipping to Singapore and Malaysia.
