RQFashion currently ships to Singapore and Malaysia. We started with these two markets on purpose, so we can give customers across Southeast Asia a fast, reliable experience before expanding further. Every order is sent with tracked delivery through Cai Niao International/4PX, and we keep our policy simple: no hidden fees, no surprises at checkout.

Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping is charged by weight, not as a flat fee. As a guide, most single garments cost about $6 to ship; heavier items or multiple pieces are priced by their combined weight. The exact rate is calculated at checkout once your address is entered. We pack all orders within 1–2 business days.

Once your parcel is with Cai Niao International/4PX, you receive a tracking link. It may take 24–48 hours for the first scan to appear.
04 — Delivered
Parcels are handed to you or left in a secure place
If you are not home, the carrier will follow local practice — a safe drop, a neighbor, or a pickup notice. Contact us if anything looks wrong.
Customs
Duties, Taxes & Customs
We believe you should see the full cost before you pay, not after your parcel lands. At checkout, we estimate duties and taxes based on your shipping destination and the value of your order.
For Singapore, GST (currently 9%) applies to all imported goods regardless of order value, and is shown at checkout. For Malaysia, applicable import duties and taxes are estimated at checkout based on current published rates. Final duty amounts are always determined by local customs.

If your parcel is more than 5 business days past the estimated window, email us with your order number. A real person will investigate with the carrier and reply with an update.
Returns
30-day return window
If your order is not right, you can return unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is covered by the buyer unless the item is faulty.

What happens if my delivery is delayed?
Delivery estimates are provided in business days and exclude weekends and public holidays. If your parcel is more than 5 business days past the estimated window, contact us with your order number and we will follow up directly with the carrier.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
We can update your address if the order has not yet been packed. Email support@rqfashion.com as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. Once an order has shipped, the address cannot be changed.
