What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal — you can pay with your PayPal account balance or with a credit/debit card linked to your PayPal account. Your card details are processed securely by PayPal and are never stored on our site.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Payments are processed entirely through PayPal's secure checkout, and we never see or store your card details.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@rqfashion.com with your order number. We'll do our best to help, but once an order has been dispatched we're unable to cancel it.

Do you charge in USD?

Yes, all prices on our site are shown in USD.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship with tracked delivery to Singapore and Malaysia — two markets as we build out our cross-border service.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days, then delivered within 3–10 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel ships.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated by weight at checkout (around $6 USD per item on average). Orders over $80 USD qualify for free shipping.

Which carrier do you use?

We ship via Cai Niao International/4PX, with full tracking from dispatch to delivery.

How do I track my parcel?

You'll receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. Track your parcel anytime on the official Cai Niao global tracking page: https://global.cainiao.com/ — or visit our Track Your Order page for help.

Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?

Our shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), which means duties and taxes are not included in the price you pay us or in the shipping cost. They are payable by the recipient, and the carrier will contact you to collect them before delivering your parcel.

How much will duties and taxes be for my country?

Final amounts are always determined by local customs:

Singapore: GST (currently 9%) applies to imported goods regardless of order value.
Malaysia: Applicable import duties and taxes are estimated based on current published rates.

Estimates are always provided for guidance only — the exact amount is set by customs at clearance.

What happens if I refuse to pay the duties?

If duties are unpaid and a parcel is refused or undeliverable, the order may be returned to us. In that case, return costs will be deducted from any refund, and we may be unable to cover a reshipment. Please contact us if you're unsure about charges for your destination.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you can return it for a refund within the return window — please see our full Returns & Refunds page for details and steps.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer, unless the item is faulty or we sent you the wrong item — in those cases, we'll cover the cost.

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

We're sorry about that — please email support@rqfashion.com with your order number and photos of the issue within the return window, and we'll make it right.
